7:00 pm – Board of Directors met prior to the general membership meeting. These are the list of issues that were discussed:

·       Mike C. looking into a new seal kit for the Ford tractor injection pump.

·       Pistol team is discussing a new pistol back stop for indoor shooting.

7:32 pm – Meeting was called to order

Introduction of Officers:  Mike Cumberland- President, John Hiser & Chris- treasurer, Brian Jesteadt- Membership, James Hacke- Secretary, Roger Carfangia- Pistol, Mike Ripley- Black Powder & Junior Rifle, Tom Horstman- Trap (Absent).

Treasurer’s Report: Chris read the report.

Bills and Communications:    Nothing new to announce. 

Pop: Steve turned in $10.

Rental Committee Report:  No upcoming hall rentals.  Range rental for Penn State on April 17 and 18. 

Pistol Team:  Roger took in for the previous month $255, expense $131, kept $37, turned in $87.  Rodger took in this month $255, expense $91, kept $49, turned in $115.  Rodger announced that due to Covid-19 the pistol team is not currently traveling to other clubs to shoot and that this is a great time for anyone interested in stopping by the club to learn to shoot with them.   22 cal. & Centerfire 32, 38, & 45 cal. All welcome to come practice.

Trap Team:  Trap will be starting late this year due to ammo shortage.  It cost $3.50 per round of 25 targets.  Practices are normally on Tuesdays starting at 5 pm.  Anyone is welcome to come and shoot. 

Black Powder:  Mike announced the Frolic will be on March 27th and said that there will not be a dinner at the hall this year.   

Meat Shoot:  Mike took in $180, expense $90, kept $27, turned in $63.  Meat shoots are on the 2nd Sunday of each month at 11:00 am.  

Junior Rifle Team:  Mike said the juniors are enjoying shooting. Shooting will be on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month from 6:30-8 pm and only cost $2.  Contact Mike Ripley with any questions or interest. 

Archery:  Additional work to be completed closer to spring.    

Fun Indoor Shoot:  Dickie turned in $140.  Dickie said that he wasn’t sure how many more shoots they will have this year.  They normally shoot every Monday at 10 am-till shooting is done.  Doors open at 9 am.  Everyone is welcome.   .22 caliber rifles from a rested position. Closest to bullseye wins a prize. 

Membership:   Brian took in $2,020, maintenance fund $175, general fund $1,845, key cards $100.  New members 52.  Current membership is 490 senior life/charter members, 588 total club members.

Old Business:  April 17 or 24 is the tentative date to finish removing the old buildings.

New Business:  Pistol team discussed putting together a completed proposal to replace the indoor backstop.
